We are looking for a passionate HR Generalist to support the overall success of the organization by hiring great people to the organization, ensuring effective HR processes, fostering a positive workplace culture, and contributing to the development of employees.

This position requires a versatile professional who can handle a wide range of HR responsibilities, including recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance, with a particularly strong focus on talent acquisition. This opportunity is ideal for an HR professional who’s eager to make a meaningful impact on high leverage HR projects in a growing organization.

Job Requirements:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment: 
  • Coordinate the entire recruitment process, from screening to onboarding.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs.
  • Ensure positive candidate experience along the process. Make sure candidates are updated with their status along the process. Candidates feel nimble process is professional and respectful 
  • Manage relationships with HHs and agencies
  • Compensation and Benefits:
  • Oversee the administration of employee benefits programs.
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding benefits.
  • Benchmark compensation for different roles 
  • Compliance and Policies:
  • Stay informed about labor laws and regulations.
  • Ensure HR policies and procedures align with legal requirements.
  • Employee relations and engagement 
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to employees and managers 
  • Foster a culture of excellence by promoting a result driven work environment
  • Foster a positive & great culture by promoting open communication and a fun work environment. 
  • Own the new hire onboarding and offboarding processes, accompany the employees along the full employee lifecycle in the organization. 
  • Implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction
  • HR Projects and Initiatives:
  • Participate in HR-related projects and initiatives.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of HR strategies.

 

Job Requirements:

  • At least 5 years’ experience in Human resources role, in start up companies with global organizations. 
  • Successful hiring for different positions in the organization. 
  • Strong knowledge of current recruitment trends, tools, and best practices.
  • Strong understanding of HR practices, policies, and procedures.
  • Thorough knowledge of benefits administration and employment related laws and regulations at both state and federal levels
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, rapidly-changing environment. Works well with ambiguity and knows when to make judgment calls
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities , resourceful and get things done. 
  • Must have strong communication skills and the ability to work with employees at all levels of the organization, providing coaching and mentorship.
  • BA or MA in HR or a related field
