About the Role:

<p>The Technical Delivery Manager oversees the successful delivery of technical data solutions for our customers. This role blends technical expertise, project management, and leadership to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will collaborate with pre-sales, engineering, and cross-functional teams to gather requirements, break them into tasks, and manage project execution. As the primary point of contact, you will coordinate teams, lead UATs, provide updates to executives, and develop contingency plans to mitigate risks and ensure successful outcomes.</p><p><br></p><p>This position ensures seamless collaboration and the delivery of high-quality solutions that meet client needs and expectations.</p>

What You’ll be Doing:

<ul><li><strong>Project Management:</strong></li><li>Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of technical projects, ensuring they meet agreed timelines, scope, and budget.</li><li>Collaborate with pre-sales teams and clients to define project requirements for online pipeline delivery.</li><li>Break down requirements into tasks, assign responsibilities, and dependencies, and set clear priorities and timelines for engineering teams.</li><li>Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project success.</li><li>Drive timely project execution by coordinating cross-functional teams and removing roadblocks.</li><li><strong>Client Engagement:</strong></li><li>Serve as the primary contact for clients, managing expectations and ensuring clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.</li><li>Understand the project’s scope and success criteria, and conduct regular status meetings to ensure client satisfaction.</li><li>Lead and run User Acceptance Tests (UATs) to ensure solutions meet client expectations.</li><li><strong>Team Leadership:</strong></li><li>Lead cross-functional teams, including engineers and developers, to drive project delivery.</li><li>Foster a collaborative, high-performance culture and promote continuous improvement.</li><li>Mentor and support team members, helping them grow in their roles and careers.</li><li><strong>Quality Assurance:</strong></li><li>Establish and enforce quality standards to ensure deliverables meet client expectations and industry standards.</li><li>Conduct quality reviews and implement corrective actions as needed.</li><li>Track project performance metrics to assess health and identify optimization opportunities.</li><li><strong>Stakeholder Management:</strong></li><li>Provide regular updates to internal and external stakeholders, including executives, on project status, milestones, and risks.</li><li>Ensure alignment between engineering and business teams, serving as the main point of contact for all technical aspects of the project.</li></ul><p><br></p>

What You Should Have for the Role:

<ul><li>5+ years of experience in Technical Program Management or similar roles, preferably delivering data projects.</li><li>Proven ability to break down complex project requirements into actionable tasks and manage cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments.</li><li>Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and manage stakeholder expectations, including executives.</li><li>Excellent problem-solving abilities, with a focus on identifying risks and implementing contingency plans.</li><li>Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (advanced degree or certifications preferred).</li><li>Solid understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall) and software development processes.</li><li>Strong technical expertise and the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.</li><li>Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, focused on delivering value to clients and stakeholders.</li></ul><p><br></p>
