About the Role:

The Sales Operation specialist plays a critical role in optimizing the efficiency and effectiveness of the GTM teams in optimizing our revenue generation processes.

Your responsibilities will revolve around streamlining processes, implementing sales strategies, and leveraging technology to enhance overall sales performance. This position requires a detail-oriented and analytical professional who can collaborate across departments to drive continuous improvement in sales operations.

“This is a Hybrid role, that requires 3 days a week in office – “Monday, Tuesday & Thursday”

What You’ll be Doing:

  • Identify, analyze, and improve sales processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Streamline lead generation, qualification, and conversion processes for maximum productivity.
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to support data-driven decision-making within the sales team.
  • Collaborate with sales leadership to implement and execute sales strategies.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of sales plans, goals, and initiatives.
  • Oversee the implementation and maintenance of sales tools and technologies.
  • Provide training and support to the sales team on the effective use of tools and systems.
  • Manage and analyze sales forecasts to assist in resource planning and decision-making.
  • Prepare regular reports on sales performance, key metrics, and other relevant insights.
  • Collaborate with marketing, finance, and other departments to ensure alignment with overall business goals.
  • Act as a liaison between sales and other departments to facilitate communication and information sharing.
  • Assist in the development and delivery of sales training programs.
  • Support ongoing education for the sales team on new processes, tools, and techniques.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing & BDR teams to optimize lead generation and lead qualification processes.
  • Develop and manage lead scoring models to prioritize high-potential prospects.
  • Analyze sales and customer data to identify growth opportunities and optimize resource allocation
  • Efficient pricing models for sales and CS teams 
  • Sales Compensation and Incentives:  Regularly review and adjust compensation structures to align with company goals
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of sales processes and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and company policies.

 

What You Should Have for the Role:

  • At least 5+ years experience in sales operations or a related role within B2B SaaS
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to generate actionable insights
  • Results-oriented mindset with a passion for revenue growth and operational excellence
  • Strong proficiency in cross teams business processes with a focus on improvement and optimization.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) other sales automation tools, and data analytics. 
  • Ability to work collaboratively with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance or a related field ((MBA is preferred).
