About the Role:

<p>We're seeking a strategic and technically-savvy Sales Engineer who excels at solution selling and can serve as a trusted technical advisor to our customers. In this role, you'll bridge the gap between complex technical capabilities and real business value, helping customers understand how Nimble's innovative data platform can transform their operations.</p><p>As an early-stage company, you'll have the unique opportunity to shape our technical sales processes, build scalable solutions, and directly influence our product roadmap based on customer insights. You'll work closely with our sales team to craft and deliver compelling value propositions that resonate with both technical and business stakeholders.</p><p>This is a Hybrid role, that requires 3 days a week in office - "Monday, Tuesday &amp; Thursday"</p>

What You’ll be Doing:

<ul><li>Collaborate closely with our Sales team and own the technical aspects of the sales cycle, from initial discovery through handover to customer success</li><li>Drive solution-oriented sales discussions by understanding customer challenges and articulating how Nimble's platform addresses their specific needs</li><li>Conduct compelling product demonstrations tailored to various audience levels, from C-suite executives to technical practitioners. Translate complex technical concepts into clear business value propositions for different stakeholder groups.</li><li>Develop a deep understanding of Nimble's products, including technical specifications and features. Cultivate a profound understanding of web scraping and web data domains to help customers achieve their business goals.</li><li>Build proof-of-concept implementations that showcase the value of our platform in customer-specific scenarios</li><li>Foster strong, collaborative relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor and bridging the gap between client needs and technical implementation.</li><li>Work in synergy with various departments, including Product and Engineering teams, to contribute to product roadmap.</li></ul>

What You Should Have for the Role:

<ul><li>At least 4 years of pre-sales experience with technical SaaS products (Extra points if you have experience with web scraping)</li><li>Proficiency in Python, and In-depth knowledge of web technologies, including HTML and CSS, APIs and log troubleshooting.</li><li>Exceptional problem-solving and analytical abilities.</li><li>Proven track record of solution selling and consultative sales approaches</li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.</li><li>Ability to work collaboratively in a team and manage different stakeholders.</li><li>Passion about learning new technologies and becoming an expert in your domain.</li><li>Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.</li><li>Experience delivering presentations and demonstrations to senior-level business and technical audiences</li><li>Self-starter mentality with ability to work autonomously, comfortable with ambiguity and rapid change</li></ul><p><em>Nimble is an equal opportunity employer.
