About the Role:
<p>We’re looking for an exceptional Data Team Lead to lead our data analytics and engineering team and transform the Data industry. </p><p>As a key figure in the company, you will lead the data team and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to drive data-driven decision-making and deliver impactful insights.</p><p>Nimble is building a world where businesses can easily create AI & BI applications using real-time public web data to make better decisions, solve problems, and enhance their operations.</p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><br></p>
What You’ll be Doing:
<ul><li>rovide strong leadership and mentorship to a team of data engineer and data analyst, setting clear goals, offering regular feedback, and supporting their professional growth.</li><li>Collaborate closely with teams across Product, Engineering, Sales, CS and Business to drive research, analysis, and the development of new features for one of our flagship products.</li><li>Take ownership of the company's internal data, ensuring its accuracy, integrity, and accessibility for all stakeholders.</li><li>Lead the analysis of complex datasets to uncover valuable insights, trends, patterns, and anomalies that guide strategic decision-making.</li><li>Present findings and actionable insights to senior management and cross-functional teams.</li><li>Lead the development and continuous improvement of the data infrastructure to guarantee optimal performance, scalability, and preparedness for future growth.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><br></p>
What You Should Have for the Role:
<ul><li>5+ years of experience in data roles (preferably in both engineering and analytics), with 2+ years in a leadership or managerial position.</li><li>Strong SQL skills and solid knowledge of data architecture, including designing scalable and reliable data systems.</li><li>Experience working with cloud-based data warehouses such as Snowflake, BigQuery, or Databricks.</li><li>Proven expertise in designing and implementing data pipelines and workflows.</li><li>Experience working with DBT and BI tools such as Tableau, Sigma, Power BI, etc., to create dashboards and deliver actionable insights.</li><li>Demonstrated success in managing and leading data teams.</li><li>Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, combined with excellent communication and presentation abilities</li><li>Enthusiastic about taking ownership of the company's data and driving data excellence.</li></ul><p><br></p>
