About the Role:
<p>We are looking for a highly motivated and talented Data Analyst to join our data team, serving as the sole data analyst in the organization.</p><p>In this role, you will collaborate with all business units (Product, CS, Marketing, Finance, etc.), providing critical insights and recommendations to drive business performance.</p>
What You’ll be Doing:
<ul><li>Proactively plan and conduct a wide range of complex analyses on large datasets, impacting all business units.</li><li>Own the data analytics function and establish yourself as the data expert in the organization.</li><li>Work closely with stakeholders across the company, providing data-driven recommendations. Translate research data into actionable strategic insights through strong storytelling, statistical knowledge, data visualization, and presentation skills.</li><li>Define, develop, and analyze interactive views for various business units using data visualization tools (e.g., Sigma), delivering insights to support Nimble’s growth.</li></ul><p><br></p>
What You Should Have for the Role:
<ul><li>At least 2 years of relevant experience in data analysis or a related field.</li><li>Advanced experience with SQL and data visualization tools (Sigma is a plus).</li><li>Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex analyses into simple, impactful business insights.</li><li>Self-learner with a proactive approach, capable of owning multiple data processes.</li><li>Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment, both independently and as part of a team.</li><li>BA/B.Sc. in industrial/information systems engineering, computer science, statistics, Economics or equivalent field.</li></ul><p>Advantages:</p><ul><li>Experience working at a B2B or SaaS company.</li><li>Experience with statistical analysis.</li></ul><p> </p>
