About the Role:
<p>Our finance team is expanding, and we're seeking a Financial Controller to join us. This role will be a key part of the department, directly reporting to the Director of Finance.</p>
What You’ll be Doing:
<p>• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with US-GAAP (P&L, B/S, CF, operating cash flow, headcount, revenues reporting etc.)</p><p>• Conduct and manage month-end closing procedures to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting (including review of accruals, analytic reports, budget vs. actual etc.)</p><p>• Enhance and implement financial and accounting processes, primarily in NetSuite</p><p>• Oversee the billing cycle, including revenue recognition, invoicing, collections, and tracking SaaS metrics</p><p>• Prepare tax reports for the Israeli entity, including tax filings and other required regulatory reporting</p><p>• Liaise with external auditors, banks, and third-party vendors for audits, financial reviews, and other compliance-related activities</p><p>• Provide professional support to bookkeeper activities to ensure proper alignment with accounting standards and business goals</p><p>• Take on special financial projects and tasks as they arise to support the finance team and business needs</p><p><br></p>
What You Should Have for the Role:
<p>• <strong>CPA qualification with Big 4 experience – a must</strong></p><p>• <strong>2+ years of experience as an Assistant Controller in a global high-tech startup - a must</strong></p><p>• Proven experience working with NetSuite</p><p>• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment</p><p>• High level of expertise in Excel, including advanced financial modelling</p><p>• Proficient in English, both written and verbal</p><p>• Team player with a proactive and problem-solving mindset</p><p>• Experience with NetSuite implementation – an advantage</p>
